North Central integrates traditional business courses with additional coursework to understand "what makes people tick-" and breed future HR professionals to know how to handle employee relations. Our human resource program teaches students to identify and leverage best HR practices and best fit to attract, retain, motivate and meet business goals as a professional Human Resources manager. Drawing out the best and creating a productive work environment.
Our Human Resources degree program teaches the core fundamentals of becoming a human resources manager. It also prepares students for real-world HR training so students will learn to work in private organizations or government sectors. Those interested in a graduate program may pursue the MBA or MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Those interested in graduate studies may pursue the MBA, MA in Industrial Relations, or MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
