Part time BSc Programs in Technology Studies

Although technology may seem like a contemporary development, humans have been using technology since they began converting natural resources into tools. For example, the understanding of fire and its use in prehistoric cooking could be considered a facet of technology.

Higher education in Albanian offered by 13 public universities. The most recent one is the University of Durres, which was opened in September 2006. The University of Sports in Tirana (Universiteti i Sporteve i Tiranës) formerly the Academy of Physical Training and Sports, from 2010. The University of Arts once upon a time Academy of Fine Arts (Akademia e Arteve) from 2011. In addition, there are 46 private universities and faculties operating in Albania. All universities have several faculties. The so called "non-university schools" give higher education programmes of two years.

A BSc (Bachelor of Science) is an undergraduate degree that prepares students for a career in their field of study. While the degree is often related to courses in the realm of science, students in non-science fields can also earn a BSc.

Part-time learning allows one to obtain a degree or qualification even if one cannot attend school on a full-time basis. One can learn at one's own pace, gradually accumulating credits that count towards a final qualification.
