Program Description

Bachelor (BBA) in Management

LIM College

Are you interested in:

  • Bringing out your and others’ “personal best”?
  • Entering a corporate management program?
  • Owning your own business?
  • Earning an MBA or another graduate degree?

If you answered yes to any of those questions, the Management major at LIM College might be for you. Our Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree program will provide you with a solid foundation in effective communication, computation, management and technology skills. It will also foster your leadership aspirations.

Successful managers learn to think strategically, work to develop those around them and understand the importance of accountability, particularly in these challenging economic times.

Management Principles, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management and Global Management are just some of the courses that will enable you to gain a true perspective of the career challenges awaiting you in domestic and international business environments.

If you’re interested in careers in e-commerce or retailing, or as a human resources manager, you will work closely with experienced faculty who provide guidance and support. And aspiring entrepreneurs will gain exposure to successful owner-operators as well as “at risk” entrepreneurs in need of assistance.

During the Senior Semester, you’ll also have an opportunity to work on a team with local businesses in a consulting capacity and develop and present a comprehensive business plan.

Internships, industry speakers, club activities, faculty-guided project work and timely course offerings, such as Corporate Social Responsibility, all help to make the BBA in Management relevant and enhance your educational experience.

The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree program in Management provides students with a solid foundation in effective communication, computation, management and technology skills.
