Introduction
The study programme aims to develop business management professionals who are capable of creating and managing their own businesses, working in business enterprises and public sector organizations, and providing business strategy development, strategic organization management, business negotiation, HR management, marketing, market research, accounting and finance solutions that are the keys to the success of a modern business.
The program provides fundamental theoretical and practical business and management, as well as the economic knowledge required for the execution of business functions and processes.
Students starting their studies in 2022 will have a unique opportunity to pursue a double degree diploma! According to the cooperation agreement signed between Vilnius University (Bachelor's Management programme) and the University of Granada in Spain (Bachelor's Business Management and Administration program), students will have an opportunity to study at the University of Granada in the 5th semester. Thus, upon their graduation, they will obtain diplomas from two universities: a Bachelor of Business Management at Vilnius University and a Bachelor of Business at the University of Granada.

Program Outcome
Having completed the Management study programme, a graduate will have acquired the professional competencies crucial for carrying out complex work that requires not only personal responsibility but also specific knowledge in the following fields of establishing a business enterprise:

A graduate from our programme is able to use modern information technologies, has a deep understanding of international business operations, is able to analyse and implement global and local marketing activities, and is able to understand the factors that influence consumer behaviour in various markets.
