This international Bachelor Programme provides you with an in-depth insight into the leisure and events industry and offers you the opportunity to specialize in a sector of your choice. In the first year, you will be introduced to the different concepts of the leisure and event industry and set up your own business as part of the “Young Entrepreneurship” project. Throughout the study, there is a strong focus on sustainable business and intercultural cooperation which is taught by using Design-Based Education. You also follow subjects such as business economics, marketing, lifestyle, and trends. The second-year evolves around value creation and developing lasting leisure experiences for individuals, groups and whole communities. Subjects that you will cover during this year are amongst others Human Resource Management, Leisure Operations, and Intercultural Sensibility. In the third year, you will choose your specialization which you can follow in the Netherlands or abroad and dive into strategic management.
