MTSU has such a program—Industrial/Organizational Psychology—and is one of only a few schools that offer an undergraduate degree in this field. If you care about people at work and would like to help make jobs more interesting and satisfying, workers are more productive, and employers know how to deal fairly with employees, consider this unique program at MTSU. Included will be skills such as helping teams work together, solving workplace issues, and learning how to train and hire effectively.
