Graduates in Human Resource Management are qualified to perform the roles of human resources assistant, officer, manager, director, or consultant in public or private, not-forprofit or for-profit, local or global organizations in industry or the service sector. The course syllabus is designed to give students logical, close contact with all the technical, financial, and behavioral skills, features, and demands required of human resource management in a business environment that is marked by instability, discontinuity, flexibility, and creativity.

The Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at ISMAI has over 20 years’ history. It gives students who wish to work as professional psychologists their first level of training. The training follows the requirements of the Portuguese Order of Psychologists (OP) and the recommendations of the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations contained in the European Qualification Standard for Psychologists.
