The Ferrières’ comprehensive Ecosystem provides the students with an exceptional professional experience and immediately confronts them with “excellence” thanks to a range of several restaurants, a caterer and a 4* hotel. These institutions, which are not application but professional units, are managed by a team of seasoned Hospitality professionals and Businessmen, some of them laureates of the « Meilleur Ouvrier de France » award. They offer high-end cuisine and a world-class service to a demanding clientele.

As their capacities increase, students are gradually inducted into various positions in kitchens, dining, purchasing, sommelier department, bar, front office, guest relations, housekeeping, sales, reservations, maintenance, marketing, finance, e-marketing and event planning. The “Bachelor Ferrières” from Ferrieres School is a 3-year undergraduate programme, available in French (3 years) or English preparing students either to become effective and operational professionals or to pursue studies in an MSc cycle, especially in MSc Ferrières.

Located in Paris area, Ferrières the School of French Excellence educates students from around the world to become professionals in gastronomy, hospitality and Luxury Management. Students experience a blend of classroom learning, combined with practical and hands-on projects and internships.

The first two years of the Bachelor program are a common-core curriculum and provide strong technical and academic skills that allow the student to identify the area of specialisation in which they will flourish in the third year.
